I am so afraid i am going to go insane.... I feel weird like im going to go insane right now... I feel like nothing makes sense, i feel like my thoughts are disorganized...
When i read something i have to read it like 10xs because i see words that arent there, and when someone is talking i have to have them repeat something, because either i didnt catch what they said, or i hear something they didnt say.
My mind is cluttered and i just cant think straight.... I am so sick of feeling this way... I feel like im dreaming, and like im out of my own body and like everything around me looks fake and stuff... it's scary... I feel like im insane :( I really hope im not going insane...

Well if it makes you feel any better, you made perfect sense in this post... I feel the same way quite often. With this anxiety, my mind is always in overdrive!! I have so many thoughts going on in there at any given timeI can't keep much of anything straight. Just remember, you are not going crazy, it is your anxiety and as you relax so will your restless mind.

That's called derealization and it's extremely common with anxiety. It can last anywhere from a few minutes to a few days or weeks. You're right, it does make you feel crazy. I've had it many times. A good rule of thumb is this...if you think you're crazy or going crazy..you're not. Truly insane people have no clue that they are insane.

I've been here too sweetie, you're not insane, crazy or loosing it!!! I've been in the same spot as you and feel for you. In my own personal experience what worked was doing relaxation techniques. At first it's hard because your mind is on overdrive but as you keep at it, it will get easier. Hang in there, will say a prayer for you.

Because you are feeling so out of control and disorganized meditating or designating like 20 minutes a day to sit in a quiet room to try and relax may help somewhat. Also, maybe going to your doctor to see if there is a prescription that could help with all of this could help. I have experience a lot of what you described and between medicine and giving myself 20 minutes everyday to detach myself from all of the chaos I have been able to finally manage my anxiety

You have to accept it and float past those feelings. I know it's not easy but you have to fight it ! do not let it own you! You cannot possibly be going insane because if you were you wouldn't be able to type something so sensible! It's like your mind went numb. Your still thinking even if it's only bad thoughts! We all have your back!

I totally feel your pain! I get super spacey, and Im pregnant and that feeling is intensified from all the hormones. I feel like I am going crazy at times, like I am not making any sense when I talk, like I am detached and disconnected from the world, pretty much an "outer body experience". Is that somewhat what you are feeling? If so-- its completely normal. It is so terrifying but it is completely harmless. I agree with Anxiousme33. The truth is, if you were actually crazy you would have no idea!! Even psychologists back that up. So I know its easier said than done, but try to just relax. you are not in danger, and you are not going insane or crazy. It is just anxiety. Good luck and I hope you feel better. :)
