Today's is the first day at my new job. I had fully intended on getting up earlier and hitting the treadmill but it did not happen. I allow myself 30 min for coffee and discussion with Sammycat then an hour to get ready for the day.
Yesterday we bought our cat children a pet door which allows them to go in and out from the back porch. Am trying to teach them how to use it. Sammy has used it a couple of times but Lefty thinks it's a door she cant open. I guess it will take time. I hope this doesnt upset Sammy into going back to marking his territory again.
I'm tired. My sleep has not been good. I've been waking up at 2am and sleep on and off. Thinking I will walk on treadmill in evening and take melatonin before bed to see if it improves. Have a wonderful Monday all.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Good luck on your first day!
Those cat doors and helping them learn that it works in both directions is an interesting experience! Someone used treats to help theirs learn that it opens in both directions.
Processing. . . Taking it in itsy bitsy baby steps. . .
Transitions are hard, even when fully desired. Easy does it.
