Sometimes, our worst symptoms will correct themselves naturally with a little change in our method of presentation of the symptoms.
When it comes to allergies that are associated with anxiety, often the allergy symptom is a stress marker and something else is triggering the the known stress marker. I learned this after going through several different treatment, and was working on something else when the allergy symptom showed up and disappeared during the process of learning the technique.
Breathing, meditation, positive talk in front of the mirror, and figuring out what we really want the medicine to do for us (and this takes time, especially when you have been switching and still experiencing what you want to manage).
The other side of this is movement. Flowing movements to open up tensed areas naturally will often release anxiety related symptoms fast.
Best wishes! You are not alone.
