I can't tolerate being around people. The most I've worked in the past 4 years has been 30 hours a week, unpaid for my practicum, since January. I was offered a job but I can't handle the constant pressure & anxiety. I escape to my car 3 times a day just to try to ground myself and escape the intensity that I feel. I have a week and a half left. Its going really slow, but I'm doing everything I can to force myself to finish. I am scared about the future. I don't feel competent to work in the field I'm graduating from, and I am struggling in many ways I won't even admit out loud. It sucks. I am terrified and want to give up in so many ways. But I have a daughter who needs me. And I don't know how to keep on living to be what she needs from me. I am exhausted, every day, for no reason other than I don't want to be here, feeling terrified all the time. Sorry for my rant. I just want relief, and I'm feeling hopeless about ever being able to beat this.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

hang on in there: it'll be behind you soon and you can collapse. Keep yourself going by imagining the time you can lie in bed doing nothing, saying nothing, speaking to nobody, in a week and a half.
You say you don't feel competent to work in the field you are graduating from. Beware that a lot of that is just anxiety and a sense of responsibility. Look at the people around you and judge them objectively. Are they really that much better than you? I doubt it. I bet you'll find they each have strong points and weak points. The difference being they don't care about their dumb bits.
You have to learn to let go of your dumb bits. :) Everyone else does.
Keep on working, and keep on relaxing before you go, while you are there, and after work. Stand in front of the mirror and remind yourself you are valuable just as you are right now.
There are times we have to work our anxiety to meet our needs, and movement is the best natural way to make those symptoms disappear naturally fast.
Best wishes!
