So sorry to hear you're struggling. Fears about a heart attack are a really common problem with panic/anxiety. Have you had your heart checked out by a doc? If so you've probably been given the all clear and you may be able to take some comfort from that?
Tackling panic and anixety can be so hard but I think at th heart of it is trying to work out exactly what the thoughts going through your head are that are driving the whole thing. I've recently written an entry on my blog panicrelief.co.uk about this. Thake a look and let me know what you think.

You poor thing. It's not a heart attack. I promise. I think I'm having one all the time and I'm still here, still putting one foot in front of the other and still keeping it all going even though I'm scared and feeling like crap.
You are going to be okay. I know lots of folks with fibro and they are all okay. It's a pain in the butt for sure, but they are okay.
Stick your tongue as far out of your mouth as you can. It will relax your jaw a little bit. Try to do something soothing for yourself-- care for yourself as you would your child, and talk to yourself as if you are your child. I find that helps me quite a bit. Be mommy protector to you.
