Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!! I just found out that both the VA and Tripler hospital can't find the referral I was supposed to have to see Urology for my messed up kidney!! So I called my GP and left a message about it!!! Now I have to wait AGAIN! What else can go wrong!!??? GGGRRRRR!!!!!
Now I just got a call from my good buddy, Earl, one of his closest friends, Fred, that I've hung with in California, his brother, Matt, just died!! He's in his 30s!! Actually now that we are talking about it, I remember Matt. He was the one that took in a sick kitten and nursed it back to health. I remember that cat being a big energetic hyper cat, and that's when Matt told me how the cat was when it was a kitten. This was back in 2002, when Earl and I took a trip to California to hang out with his old college buddies for several days and then head to Vegas to party.
My mom's best friend just died this past week, her other best friend, Maria, had a second husband, "Big Ed", that past away a month ago. I miss him already, I grew up around him and his WW II stories.
What else will go wrong?? Who else will die???? or wreck??? My older bro wrecked his Motr cycle yesterday and broke his collar bone, my best friend Chuck, fell asleep at the wheel 2 nights ago and crashed going 70!!!!
My bf is still mad at me and convinced that I'm a hypochondriac! My VA pay will be cut back $200 starting next month!! How will I survive???!! I still haven't got the DOD to restore my retiree benefits they cut me off of!! What else????

The VA just called! The reason why there is such a mix up, is because my GP got switched out before the referrals got put in the system. So my new doc, doesn't even know about all this mess!!!! I told them to get a hold of the new doc ASAP before the kidney infection returns AGAIN! She also told me that I'm supposed to see nefrology as well for the kidney. GGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRR

I hear you about the kidney - that's nothing to play with. I've had recurring kidney problems since I was a baby and it can be sheer misery. Don't know why your BF thinks you are a hypochondriac - this is serious, bet if it was happening to him he's be curled up in bed expecting to be waited on hand and foot. Sorry you are going through this. It seems like life is dumping everything on you all at once. A few months back there were several deaths in my family and it hurt like hell. And then I got mad. You have every reason to be angry...you seem to be doing all the right things, though. Please hang in there, I'm pulling for you and pray for a resolution to all this chaos.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
