Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

i thought life was hard before, but this just tears me down more.
I’ve seen some people older than you come back from some very dark and low places.
Hope helps. Sounds corny but shit, Hope is all we have to hold onto sometimes.

one of the sources, i know is a combination of psychological and emotional, the idea of "why did you do this to me? how can you go on living your life, knowing what you did to me, the man you loved?"
and then a voice tells me, but it often does no good: "the woman who did this was not your wife..."
see my wife was not diagnosed schizophrenic or some other disorder, nobody around her could tell the difference between the original and the alter...the alter was my wife...it was the very angry and hateful original who did what she did to me. it is such a long story.
the voice has to remind me that my wife is lost inside her own head, and the head is controlled by the original and in turn, she lives in her own strange world...it's a dual-world, her's and the real one but her disorder can't tell the difference.
in truth, it is like this: "why did you die on me?"
...and following that, she might have "died" by being shoved back into wherever alters slip off too because the original came out.
way too difficult to explain.
that is my anger...and to most people, they don't understand the story, and fact is, i don't understand the reality...
