Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
I am a Special Ed teacher with colleagues on my team. Recently one of my colleagues conviently decided he "had an accident" and has to take medical time off. Convient that this happened right before all the kids come back to building. He is full of shit. He was unhappy last year teaching sped. This year basically he didn't help his co-teacher all this year in math, lied to my department chair, and just decided to up and leave with multiple IEP's uncompleted, leave me and my teammates to clean up mess and teach and cover his classes while we have our own to teach. So today I see him post something on his Facebook feed that says, "In need of some suggestions for books to read now that I have time on my hands." I blew up in anger this was at the end of the day and I left school so upset. I am sick of cleaning up after him..Now he's just gonna stroll in with everything done for him. I just want to say I am done with all of it!!!
