Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

welcome to the club
thanks..
I've never been able to demonstrate my anger due to my strict dad...so whenever I'd feel angry, I'd keep all the feelings inside..bottled up until it would all spill... I did have some scenes in front of outsiders...but that was because I thought the outsiders would understand me...
The problem is that the problem was with me..they don't have an inkling about it! It's up to you to change!
Well I did start changing..thanks to the help of my hubby:-) who's so understanding...
