Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

other feelings I could start looking for feelings other than anger...this gave me a sense of control and hope and allowed me to
start dealing with things like fear, shame, insecurity etc. Anger is really a distraction from more painful feelings but we can get pretty addicted to it because it give us a feeling of temporary power...only thing is for many people it causes real problems in their relationships and creates further pain and hurt for you and others and so one never gets their needs met but cycle between the energy of anger and the temporary good feelings of releasing it....that is not really dealing with the cause of it however so it will end up makiing you miserable even though you continue to believe it won't.
