Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
It may not be that simple, i don't know you and your family history. Just a thought. Have you tried talking with her about how you feel about the whole thing? Have you tried counselling to deal with the issues you have?
I have been in that position with estates, it's not fun and can seem very very unfair. It can change how you feel about family members. Working through things can lessen the anger.
I do not talk to her anymore. And whatever good memories I have of family are tainted black with hate.
