Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

I did a lot of thinking and I realized that in the past year (even before him) I've been going down on a path of self destruction and destroing my relations with others. So...this site is my baby step toward a better life.
I found out that the cheated on me once (I only found out about one time and he didn't say if he did it more that once, but it's still cheating) and he had accounts on so many erotic chat sites and telling all of them how he wanted to be with them.
And in the beginning I wasn't that bad, I mean, I did have my moments, but nothing that could have made him be so mean to me. But after I found out the first time about his lies, he promised that that was it. And then 2 weeks later I found out more and he promised that that was really it. So gradually I started being more angry and I had the worse month ever. And then I tried to be better, but then one night, he calls me at work and he sounded drunk so I asked him if he was drunk and he tried to hang up, but he pressed the wrong button and at first I didn't realize what was going on, but then I heard him trash talking me to his friend, saying how I broke some stuff and how bad I am. And that was really hurtful, because nobody knew why I was acting crazy, of course, because he was telling only his side of the story. And so for the past 3 months we fought and I cried a lot and I cut myself, because I couldn't stop.
And then after I told him that I need a break and going to my nana's for 2 weeks, I was expecting him to ask me to stay. Instead, he asked me to leave, which made me snap again and we fough again and I broke some stuff again. I just didn't think that he had the right to tell me to go, even if I wanted to go. And for a few days, I couldn't leave because I felt I needed to try again to fix us and I wanted him to tell me to stay. I told him this and he still asked me to leave. So now I have all my things packed and a train in 2 hours.
Without any sarcasm and with a smile on my face, I wish everyone a great week! :)
Safe travels! Know you are loved and we don't deserve that treatment. It's hard to find calm in the midst of depression and anger, but we are truly better off. I keep telling myself that and I will believe it soon!
