Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

In no way do I mean to be rude, just something worth thinking about.
Or he could be a total POS and I am sorry that you had to meet him. Hope you find peace!
Many years ago, I moved from one state to another because my boyfriend of five years landed a better position. I left everything behind, my family, my friends, a steady job, withdrew from college and a great furnished apartment. I drag my only child not thinking much about her feelings. To make a long story short, six months later I caught him cheating with a woman 10 years younger than me. I was devastated; I thought I was dying slowly. The young woman laughed at me and I let my anger take over my common sense. I fought the woman and broke all the furniture in the apartment. At the end, I was left with a pile of broken items and a couple of starches. The anger I felt consumed me, I couldnt forgive to the point that I was unable to move forward. I went through the process of blame; I blame him then I blame myself. I questioned if the reason he cheated it was because I gained weight or because I was older. Then I realized that is not about him; I needed to heal for my own mental stability. I took jogging to release some of my anger. I am not going to lie healing takes time but is 100% achievable.
