Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
I think it is good you blocked her on FB. Maybe delete her.
I do feel you are being judgemental of her just a little bit about getting "knocked up" twice prior to marriage i dont think that should be used against her. People do make mistakes. That term "knocked up " is loaded with judgement and condescension.
However The thing that is wrong is this woman mistreating, abusing her kids. And when they visited, left you to manage them.
It is obvious you guys disagree on many things and you dislike each other.
It seems it's mutual on both sides. So I would accept it's just one of those things and you have a big personality clash.
I would avoid being around her and have no contact. Don't visit her FB page. Just delete her. Don't get caught up in her life. What she does or not do. You make sure you take care of you and conduct yourself in the right way.
Other People will be able to form their own opinions of you and I'm sure others will see what she is like too. It's just opinions. Right or wrong.
Taking things personally is something that can lead to the feelings you are experiencing. Anger, hurt, frustration.
I understand. I take things to heart a little too much myself at times.
It helps to come up with a way to deflect other people's words and actions.
Consider it's just them, That's their ways, right or wrong. Their opinions, their point of view. Their world.
There is a book called the "four Agreements"
Which offers wisdom which I feel can help us all.
Do Not take things personally.
Do Not assume, make assumptions. (This can save us a lot of grief)
Speak only in truth and love
Always do your best.
I hope you can breathe and feel better soon.
Here is a very funky jazz tune that helps me.
It has a haunting chorus part where the lyrics are
"Let it go"

Oh well. stick up for your beliefs and stay informed.
Being an angry person, I must say that people usually don't understand us and our actions... Whatever you did might seem rude to people - or even unacceptable. But we are like this, right?
Don't worry about that.
