Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

You need to get your son into an anger management program now, before puberty really hits. As the hormones hit and his behavior becomes more erratic just because of the hormones, you want him to have far better tools than anger and aggression to deal with his emotions and what his body is going through. There are excellent youth group anger management councellors. Find one in your area. I would think a group is best, because then he knows he's not the only one.

I've been telling everyone what my brother and I are trying, it's called kinesiology. They work to harmonise the bodies emotions, through diet, excercise and a bizarre type of spiritual therapy. My kids have always kept me calm during the day, but my rage would always return once they were sleeping at night and i'd be ready to snap annually every 3 months, since kinesiology i havent at all in 8 months, ive felt normal anger but not my irrational i want to break everything anger

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
