it's $4 on amazon, but if you can find it at your library I would suggest getting it ASAP... not trying to advertise but this book isn't like most books, they highlight about all of the hidden problems on anger.
there's also another book on 'nice people' and it's really good too, I'll post the title of that one on the next post
