Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

Today was really bad for me but I can't understand why. It was bad drivers upsetting me, but that happens every day. It's like some days they make me madder than others. Today was no different, really; just your usual bunch of people who don't think that *they* have to stop at stop signs, and when they run the stop sign and you slam on your brakes, they flip *you* off. But today, this *enraged* me. I was SO MAD... and I'm getting mad again as I write this and it's been 8 hours since I was on the road.
I just get so sick of being the one who obeys the laws, drives safely, and yet repeatedly my saftey is endangered by others who think the rules don't apply to them.
This goes on every day and this happens to everyone.
But why is it that some days I get SO MAD that I scream and scream and scream and can't -
.
.
... now i just had a rage fit. I just had a rage fit. My husband's dog made me mad and I got off the computer and had a total rage fit and dragged furniture across the room and slammed doors and screamed like hell.
I'm losing my mind.
I feel like I have no control over myself or my life or my home. I'm going to go lay down. :(

Did you feel better after you laid down?

Sort of. I mean, I calmed down, but I was still on edge. I just insisted that my hubby do the driving for the rest of the day. I still don't know what's wrong w/ me.

I know how that feels... like no matter how hard I try, no matter how good I am, I still get screwed over, and it pisses me off. Rage is a bitch...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
