Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
You say that you already have a mental disability and staying in the house is driving you insane? Therefore, considering your healthy emotional needs, will talking in full detail with your personal care doctor about this situation be of great help towards constructing a therapeutic plan in order to get you on the road to control your anger?
And it appears that your illness is such that outside of the home relationships may be a risk factor to your behavior as well. In other words, if your mood changes in a way that causes you to go off on your mother, what is the chance of this same behavior happening during social situations as well?
Please talk to your doctor about ways to control yourself. I cant speak for your mom but Im sure that she will understand your anger more as you are trying real hard to control it while under a doctors care and supervision. And it really is hard to handle certain behaviors during stressful situations; there is no shame in admitting your faults and seeking for useful advice; good for you. However, once you begin to work on the factors causing your anger you can help yourself to manage stress and use learned skills to keep yourself relaxed. A skilled therapist is best for you to work with for anger management. In the mean time until you fully understand whats going on in your mind and moods which is causing you to react with anger, seek for ways to eliminate angry feelings by remembering to laugh and smile and seek for many other stress techniques, like yoga or meditation. Natures seems to send us an early warning signal before strong anger occurs, at which times you may feel physically drained or mentally tired, and the smart of it all is especially that you begin early to find useful skills to manage your moods way before you go off the edge and say things that are hurtful and harmful to others and to you as well. I hope for your best and thanks for opening up with your true feelings.
Its a pleasure to chat with you! You deserve to enjoy your life!

I can understand how you feel and I hope for you to get better soon. Please keep praying that God will guide you to the necessary resources for your healing needs. I pray for you as well.
I would that I could say more and offer you more support; however my time at this site is limited. And Ive promised myself to spend more time with my family and less time at this support site. But you stay active here at DS and I hope that it brings you added strength, peace and comfort.
And you are worth the effort of support. Stay sweet!!

I said a special prayer for you today and I want to share with you what I feel that God wants for you to know.
You are a very sensitive and impressionable young person. Because of your emotional nature, you really should spend very little time mingling within different support groups at this site; some are more than your spirit can cope with. Find one group at this DS community that encourages you to serve others well. Your kind and understanding spirit is a gift to many for the purpose of emotional healing for you and with others. Keep at teaching others about the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
You should stay committed to only attempt to help others who desire to study and understand the Holy Scriptures, and be careful not to force those that are not ready to hear the gospel message, nor should you force anyone to listen or read of what you write. Others will challenge your spiritual beliefs, and there will be those unbelievers or misguided who will attempt to take advantage of hurting you or discouraging your good works. Then, pray for Gods strength to help you endure and bless God to nourish your spirit even more. You can learn much by this method of support.
And please, dont come to this support community every day; begin by setting aside one of two days a week, from twenty to thirty minutes for support activities. But remember to use your strong emotions to help others ease their pain and this will help you to feel good about you as well. Again, avoid reading others strong issues with the mind to help them psychologically, only a skilled and trained therapist can help them to understand their psychiatric types of health concerns. Your opportunity to help is in finding useful Bible scriptures to uplift and encourage others faith in Jesus Christ and His promise of spiritual healing for body and mind.
I pray today for you to stay strong, healthy and happy. I promise to you that if you do as God suggest here, you will grow stronger and develop many talents and abilities to assist your very own healing. And do remember to keep faith that you will grow together in love and friendship with your family. Manage your time with family very wisely. Bless you, tabby! And you are very welcome to my support.

What you put I.to your brain wil come out again.
Instead get some self help books and learn positive ways to deal your personal issues. You have to get yourself under control before you can help others.
i think that should have been issue fixed before he met me. so, i always yelled at my mom about not having any friends and what not. my parents say friends are useless because all they do is bring u down and nobody isnt better than family. my parents have NEVER been family oriented they are always about themselves and each other's useless drama.
for me, its hard to make friends because who wants to hang out with someone who is unemployed? i am still looking for work. my parents feel they need to keep a close eye on me im 27 not 12! i hang out with my bf and his mom to get away....
