Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.

since I can remember I've had anger issues, ever since I was a child in elementary school. I was raised by my dad my whole life and he himself had by far the worst anger issues I've ever seen. I think growing up a lot of that anger he showed toward me impacted my life big time and the way he acted towards me I kinda caught on to those actions and used the same method of anger towards other people. If that makes any sense? I may also think it has something to do with the genetic make-up as well. But anyways, I get very mad at almost everything that doesn't go my way and I have no idea how to fix that because I just don't think when I'm angry, it all just comes out and can't stop myself no matter how hard I've tried. It's affecting my relationship with my boyfriend and family members. It seems to be getting worse in all honesty. Any tips/tricks? I've been to multiple therapists and none has helped me whatsoever, most of them just said the same things to me and their methods didn't work for me. If anyone could respond back to me that would be extremely helpful!! Thank you all.

God placed her in my path to stop me. I have been drug and alcohol free now for 53...
