Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
Forget about what your family or boyfriend might think or say if you do seek help. If they truly understand and love you, they will support you no matter what. What it really comes down to is how you feel about yourself at the end of the day. If you don't like the person that you are, you can change that...I needed to change who I was, but that required some help and support. And now, I am a better person. I can finally say that my anger doesn't control me anymore. Sure, we all have our good and bad days, but I have a lot more good days now. My spouse and my friends can see the difference in me, and things are a lot more peaceful. I can honestly say seeking help was the best thing I have done for myself. I encourage you to get some help. :)
SilentMaid spoke truth: If your friends and family really care, they will help support you become a better you regardless of the process.
