Man, I need to do this, write it down in a journal that is easily accessible! I weighed Rollie this morning and he is down to 178 and I cannot remember when the last time I weighed him was, but he weighed 184. I think it was a month ago. Lesson learned.

I know I could call the doc and do a little research and reconstruct Ron's weight free fall to his current 128 lbs....but...it would have made good sense to be writing it down....I'm afraid my own functioning is no where near as good as it used to be....

I started writing Ron's weight on the kitchen calendar. I, also, jotted down any "events" on the calendar so I could flip back quickly to review things.

That sounds like a great idea. I know I lose track of time, and that would probably help. My calendar is pretty full now with Drs appts, softball practices, work and homework assignments.

I do the same. I have a notebook calendar that rules my life.. plus my phone which has an app called "Momento" on it. Love that app. it's journal style and I use it to note all kinds of brief happenings. Also use voice notes a lot.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
