I read that it is not uncommon for people in the late stages to talk to imaginary friends or /and to their own reflection in the mirror.
A few years ago, he used to tell me "that guy" was here. I always assumed he was talking about our son, or son-in-law. He did
refer to our son as 'that guy' and our sil as 'that other guy". I asked
them once if they had been here while I was gone and they had not.
Maybe he had a few friends visiting. It is (was) hard to tell
since he has been so non-verbal since the mid-stages. Boy - was he ever a chatter box in his real life, tho.
Be nice if 'those guys' would pitch in and do some work :-D
