FYI..........it was the full moon last night. As a nurse for 27 years......there is some truth that craziness happens during the full moon so maybe all of us are grumpy pants because of that!
borderline people into lunatics.
I am still in that mode.. I still zoom around like my tail is on fire.
One day I hope to slow down and just poke my way through a store instead of the 100 yard dash.
I felt just like you just before my mom went to the nursing home. I could not go anywhere. She would follow me in the bathrm. I could not go to the bathroom without asking her can I go. At night I woke her up at 1 and then again at 5 to make her go to the toilet. I even tried to limit the time she ate, so she would not pee 10 times at night.
I know how you feel! Everybody tells me: "you must be patient" They don,t have to live with them. They do not know what it is like!

Mom plugged up the toilet while I was out (out 1 hour). Luckily one neighbor knew how to turn off the water but the other neighbor called the plumber so I got a $75 bill for that.
What people don't understand is the CONSTANT changes and the need to always be waiting for something to happen. It's not just caring for an ill person, it's all this other stuff. Who would have guessed I'd be dealing with a flooded house because of Alzheimer's?
I'm not only still grumpy, oh so grumpy, now I'm tired and fried. At least the cat didn't escape out the open doors.
I'm officially talking out loud to my cat.
Linda, your shoe fell like a bomb! I can't imagine coming home after being gone only a short while to all that. Holy cow!
