I put a picture in my Photos so you can go look at it, but I think I have to accepted you as friend first so if you can't open it, let me know I'll 'friend' you.

It is a picture I took with the web cam. Rollie was asking me who I was and he was trying to remember my face, by touching it. I think it is a nice picture. It worked he remembered that I was his wife but couldn't remember my name, he thought it was '12'. LOL No, I'm not wife #12, that's just what he thought me name was. Anyway, it made me laugh.

So touching, Deb.

Reminded me a few days before Ron died.. we were sitting on the
deck at the hospice house.. the wind blew my hair every which way.
Ron reached over and smoothed my hair down... and smiled.

I felt it was the most loving gesture he had ever given me, and I knew that ( at that moment) he knew me.

I think I am just ready, I feel like it is ok for him to go at any time now, I mean, I will miss him, and be sad but I am 'ready'. Does that make sense? I have set my anger, disappointments etc and feel like I have done my best and if he is ready, I am ready.

I love the pic of him touching your face... such a loving gesture and you can see the love you have for him as well.

I must say, the pic of him in the cowboy hat made me think of John Wayne.

I just looked at the picture today. He loves you so much. You can see it in his eyes. You definitely deserve that love Deborah. He can go in peace and you can have peace that you have done all that you could to make his life as good as you possibly could under such difficult circumstances.
