To finally be vaildated must feel very very good. I hope the Ativan helps. In my husb. case seroquel helped a lot.

that used to drive me crazy that he could do so well at the Dr. office and then be totally confused the rest of the day. No one can see the true picture until they spend a couple days with them...(and nights) lol.

My Rob does the same thing, presents well to the Dr. and not at home. I have begun to wonder .."Is it me??"
The whole thing is a mystery to me. They should be careful upping the Ativan, it can possibly make things worse. Everyone is of course different, but it did worsen things with Rob.
They actually took him off that and put him on Serequel. I give it to him around 6;00 to help with sundowning and it seems to help him sleep at night then. He has started going to bed earlier now.
Rob does the same shadowing, mumbling ,etc...
Actually Rob and Rollie sound like they are in a very similar phase of this disease! I completely empathyze with you on all counts.
