Good move on the under ware thing. By the time Ken got into Depends he wasn't going to the bathroom by his self . I did try to keep him in his jeans for a while but also found it was so much easier for me to put him in sweats. In the early days he would wait until the last second to tell me he had to go. Every second counted and those darn buttons and zippers slowed us down . So now we have several styles and colors.
Last night he got out of bed walked over to a lamp in the corner where I have a night light and had a very long conversation with the lamp about him and his two buddies. I finally got him back into bed but, only after assuring him that the lamp was tired and they both need to get to bed. It worked .
I'm new so not sure if it has been mentioned before but there is a company called buck and buck that has great adaptive clothes.
I am always hot. I have a heated cover he got for a Christmas gift a couple of years ago and it has been a life saver.
He stays warm and I don't have to have the heater on high and I don't have to run around naked !!
