It is always tough coming back to reality however I hope the glow from your get-away will linger at least for a while.

This summer you did all you could. Don't beat yourself up. Glad you got away. Sorry reality comes back when you are home. It is wonderful you got to meet others. We were all here wishing all of you a wonderful time.
Yes, winter comes and it gets dark early. Adds gloom. But gather round the warmth of your friends. Let them warm you.

I remember the first time my hubby and I went on a "second honeymoon" to the Poconos we had a wonderful time. A private cabin in the woods with fireplace, four poster bed and a bubbling brook running right along the cabin. We got locked into the indoor pool for two hours while the electric went out and were the only ones in the pool. Absolutely amazing food with staff that knew your name after telling them only once and a beautiful rustic bar/cabin on the lake. Three days later we were heading home, picked up our boys from my Mom and went home. Within the hour our toilet overflowed and we were right back to reality.

Well, yesterday I really got a lot of things done, laundry, housework, etc. I felt really productive which helped my mood immensely. I even baked some cookies!

I am sitting in Phoenix Arizona at the airport waiting for the last leg of my trip back home to my reality. Mine of course, is not as bad as all of yours now, but still a very big let down.

I had a great trip. starting in Vegas when I got to meet all of you...I hated to leave as we all did. I did enjoy my visit in Idaho too and I'm ready to go home, I;m praying that all of your journies end soon and peacefully.
