Firstly, I apologize for the all caps, and I know I'm not in the admin status, but this is very important. Our dear founder, Top4aces had his account banned. He writes "it was a deep pleasure of mine to get to know them (the admin team) and have enjoyed working with them. i appreciate their caring for others". He says not to worry about the group, and he expects all the admins to work closer together to make All Moody Blues a warm and understanding group where individuals feel good to be a part of. He is very proud of what everyone has done to give members support, respect and compassion. He doesn't wish anyone to be angry about this, he says that things happen and hopes you will continue on as you have.

i don't think that's a good idea annieheart, I sent a message asking why this happened and I haven't gotten a reply yet. I wouldn't want you to get banned for it, and I'm not sure that they would respond. I was told they don't reply to anything to do with a banning. Or the worst case scenario would be our group would be deleted (not sure if they can actually do that, but I'm sure it could happen). Lets just keep this group running as Tops did. and we always have the other creative site :)

I am really curious about this because I have seen people say some very bad things to others and only got a slap on the wrist of a 2 week ban. I can't imagine what he could have done to deserve a bann.

Nobody will delete this group. There are many groups here that have no founder and no admins even that are still going strong. So rest assured this group will still be here even if tops never comes back.

You are all great people here and I am thankful for the friends I made in this group. We can credit tops for that no matter what happens.

Thank you for the reply Bobinmaine, I wasn't sure about the deleting group thing. Like I thought, still no reply from the ds management, however we still have an admin, I believe it is BobCJ right now. I will keep everyone posted as I find out more info. Hope everyone has a wonderful day :)

I know I am a few steps behind because I don't log on daily. I also know that none of this makes any kind of sense at all. In my experience, when something doesn't make sense, something isn't the truth. What really doesn't make sense is telling annie NOT to write a letter of concern. She can write anyone she wants to write. She is not going to get banned for making an inquiry. It's ridiculouos to say the group would be taken down. I am thinking if someone... an admin... were to make some inquiries, the truth may come out. Right now all's that is coming out is a bunch of smoke that is getting blown right up our collective rear ends. I don't even know who DrJH is, does anyone else?

This is very puzzling indeed. Do you mean you have his personal email DrJH? Is that how you found out about the ban? I am concerned and have many "why's" as well. It makes sense that DS Management wouldn't provide information regarding another member's status.
We'll just have to wait and see I suppose. I have also heard of banned members figuring out ways of coming back to DS, if the case was a misunderstanding of some kind or of false accusations then perhaps it's only a temporary ban.

     I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...
