Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

It might be a good idea to talk to your doctors about whether this a common thing after TBI.
Also to think about what your drinking was like before - is this a new thing, a worsening of something you had prior to TBI? etc
In any case, probably a good idea not to have one drink and then you wont have the ones afterwards. Is it possible for you to not take the first drink?
Take care ,
John
