Oh thank you everyone. I haven't made it to the Hall to pick up a chip yet. Took the g-son to the local "Bees" baseball game last night for his first game and some fireworks after the game.

I have been so terribly isolated with no regular way to get to meetings and I miss my people so much. There is something about face to face contact and sitting in a room full of drunks that spiritually rejuvenates me like nothing else can. I've made it to approx. on average 1 meeting a month since last fall. This is difficult but doable.

I knew I was hurting and in some hard struggles in my life right now, and needing a few meetings to feel connected again, but I didn't know I was acting like the tuff girl when I am really more vulnerable than ever!!!
Seeing those 2 at my door reminded me that when I am doing what I need to do following Gods plan for my life, He will meet my needs and do for me what I cannot do for myself, even and most assuredly when I don't even know what those needs are!!!

You people here on DS in the Alcoholism and the CP grps have helped keep me alive and sober but more than that have kept me connected and sane for a few years now and I can never repay you for the immense difference and support you have given me during this time. THANK YOU..
And as for you Unca Baldy!!!! I love u and miss u and I will get you back for this one down the road trudging some day soon!!!
