Hello everyone I am just about to go do a little shopping with the other half and thought I would drop in before we left.

What a change in my life to just be able to do these little things it's a miracle.

You would have to understand my past to know why.

Today my every day living minus all the drama and heartache - for others as well as me - feels like a miracle too Lionel. It is, by God's grace, the help of other alcoholics and some effort from me.

I actually like to look back, be reminded of where I've come from, when I start to whinge (whinging Pom ha ha) about this or that. A feeling of humility and gratitude always ensues.

Sub-zero temperatures here, snow on the ground, but I am blessed with a warm house, a good job, and sobriety! It's a good day! Enjoy your days ahead!!

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
