Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I have never known God to refuse to help but youre being a bit unfair to the Big Guy by expecting Him to do all the work and not keeping up your end of the bargain.
If you really want sobriety you will need to do more than posting on D.S. How about dumping the beer and getting to an AA meeting?
