Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I have learnt is ok to feel your emotions without reaching for a drink. Ive always known I can never have one drink so I play the whole scene through in my head of hangovers and vomiting.
I have also prayed a lot and feel more spiritual. I have had times when I could have cried but I havent drank. I know Im just at the start but Im getting better.
