Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

Good Morning
Today is day 4 for me after my relapse on Wednesday.
The weekends have actually been easier for me than the weekdays because we are busy at night being out of the house. It's much easier to not drink when I would have to order and pay for alcohol and my wife is with me to be a reminder not to drink.
I hope you are all doing well.

Im ready to start...

There's a quote that defines insanity as a person who keeps doing the same thing expecting different results. I hope you consider supplementing your willpower this time with a resource such as counseling, rehab or AA. The latter has been a tremendous help to me and it's free (okay, a buck a meeting for the coffee).
You can do it this time!
Stay out of the ditch!!! Cmon you can do it! I believe !

The first few days are always the hardest. One you get through the first few months the urges subside and it gets a lot easier.
I remember those first few weeks of sobriety so clearly and how much I would relapse in those periods because I hadn't gotten the demon out of my brain yet. But you can do it. We are here for you.
