Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
Not sure if that's just a part of getting off the booze, if the short period of sobriety has allowed some other issues to come to the forefront or what. I am hoping to start feeling better soon.
The other desire trigger are market trips, all that alcohol in display is complicated to say the least, specially when there are good wines on sale.
Other than that I am handling it ok
The good thing is that if you stop drinking the anxiety and stress may leave you, as alcohol is a well known depressant. The anxiety is your body craving its next fix. Search for inner peace, please try AA, you will be surprised. Good Luck
