Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
I went to a meeting this afternoon. Best meeting I've been to in a while. I was real honest about somethings. The folks opened up to me a bit. Now I just gotta keep it rolling. There's a prison in our town. I think if I start attending those meetings, I might get some more acceptance from the AA community here. There's a convention coming up in March, I may help out. A guy walked me out to my car after the meeting. Seems like a decent fellow. There's another guy I've been considering asking about being a sponsor. I might ask him next week.

BTW, I'm using the same title I used a few months ago. I don't feel as stalled today though.

Yeah if you are stalled just do some new things help out or go to the convention.

Good advice about doing something new or different....get a sponsor and start working the steps?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
