Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

I seriously felt like I was at the end of my rope...I prayed....A LOT. Every day, several times a day...I was so tired of just feeling irritated.
I'm new to this whole prayin thing and all I know is one morning I woke up and I just felt 100 times better. It did pass, nothing changed in my life, there was no major release or anything like that, all I know is that I felt as though a fog had been lifted....
Just have faith that it will pass and hang on. Have you thought about making a list of all the things you're thankful for each day? Sometimes that helps me to put things in perspective when I'm feelin shitty. I hope things get better for you soon.
What is that for you Bob? Maybe do some cognitive re-wiring? Perhaps get your thoughts in control a bit more? Conciously work on replacing them with positive thoughts-and ideas of gratitude that you have everything you need NOW to handle all of life's challenges.
Peace to you.
