Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
You need to work a program and be around strong alcoholics who easily win the war every day.
Abstinence isn't a solution.
Take some accountability. If you are powerless over alcohol, start on the road to recovery in AA.
Good Luck!!!!
Btw, some anxiety and depression is to be expected after a hard night of drinking. Drink lots of water, take your take some B vitamins if you've got any and you'll feel mentally much better in a day or two provided you keep out of any more trouble.
You drank, you feel bad, but you knew you would. Stick around on here, get angry, howl at the moon, talk it out. Then 'Chuck it in the fuck it bucket'.
You stopped in the first place, think how hard it's been, but you did it. This is a blip, nothing more.
Chalk it up & move on, we all know how tough it can be & you are not on your own.
i hope you've been able to let go of the guilt and the shame so you can get back on track.
You are in the right place, an Alcoholism support group on the Internet is a good place to process your relapse. Feel free to vent. We will listen.
