Don't get to Hungry,Angry,Lonely, Thirsty, Serious
These are things that can change the direction of our thinking .Triggers.
And for me I had to learn not to take myself to serious Treat my disease with all the attention it needs but but when it come to me it's alright to laugh.. e.g. A tiny spot on my arm could turn into anything with a lot of wasted thinking if you know what I mean. If I 'm worried just get it checked.
Anyway hers is a joke that makes me laugh .I probably am sick what do you think.

A Chinese couple named Wong had a new baby. The nurse brings them over a lovely, healthy, bouncy definitely Caucasian white baby boy!
"Congratulations," says the nurse to the new parents. "What will you name the baby?"
The puzzled father looks at his new baby boy and says, "Well, two Wong's don't make a white, so I think we will name him "Sum Ting Wong."

There is always someone who may see this joke other than what it is. Just a joke.And that's ok that's there business.
What did someone say"You can please some of the people some of the time" and so on.
But the alcoholic will read far deeper and further into something than most. And build up a rage ,anger and resentment that could be a trigger for the next drink. Especially when they start with the next time I see him I'll say this then he will say that then I will say this.
Only 3 weeks ago I showed this joke to an Asian friend who almost wet himself through laughing and when I see him know he starts the conversation with "Sum,Ting Wong' and a smile. But he's NORMAL.
I have learnt not to take most things to serious and just enjoy my life and let others enjoy theirs especially after reading this.below.
Don't take life to seriously enjoy it because 10 out of 10 people are going to die.
When I think of all that time I wasted worrying about what others were thinking of. Of all the wasted times planing revenge full of resentments because I wanted to get even I took things to serious.
Today I let go and Let God.
Wow once I start there is no stopping me .
