Yes i think body functions "sounds right" allied with waste removal covers it But im just talking through my mouth Lol!!!

Nice Billy. All I needed to do to start was be willing to surrender and allow myself to be guided. I needed to yield the control that was making me a prisoner of myself, have faith and allow myself to drift with the power of life itself, and not against it. I love this...
