I have just come off of 3 days of drinking to deal with the pain of my grandfather's death 3 days ago. I know that I have to stop..but am worried and don't trust myself to stop. I had stopped last year for 8 months, but then tried moderation managment and my drinking has slowly increased and it out of control again..I am feeling so overwhelmed at the idea of not drinking for the rest of my life..I am so scared and mad at myself and feeling overwheled...any advice?
