Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.
They both have in person and online meetings.
Women For Sobriety is about empowering yourself -- you can see this in their 13 affirmations:

They do not publish their in-person meetings to make sure that members have privacy. Send them an email to see if there are meetings near you or join their online community. They are a very supportive group.
SMART Recovery is a secular organization with a good collection of online tools in addition to online and in person meetings. They do not rely on a belief in God or a Higher Power, instead using proven CBT techniques (Cognitive Based Therapy.)
