Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

For me it was imperative that I would set a schedule. i didnt want to get up on a w/e morning but if I did sleep in it seemed like I would be tired all day.
Try to get some good exercise and get some good sleep.
it gets better but for me it was related to depression and now i take a prescribed pill that seems to keep the depression level at a tolerable level .. i take a lexapro daily.
good luck and post what helps.

All of this was contributing to fatigue, lack of energy, unable to sleep, etc. With changing medications, taking vitamins it really helped. Plus just giving your body time to heel will help.
I'm 4 months sober, and really starting to feel better in the last few weeks. Starting to sleep too.
Best wishes

Here's hoping you'll level out soon!
