I'm with you Texas. Happy New Year from Sydney. We've had great weather to be outdoors.

It feels great! I has such a fun time tonight with my kids and husband. To think I almost lost it all,including my life makes celebrating each new year quadruple special.

hezicka each new year is a time I find I reflect over how fortunate I am today and how close I was to losing my family too. Very special indeed.

I have a very expensive bottle of champagne in my frig that has remained unopened for four years and has made it through another New Years Eve untouched. For all I know, it is now vinegar. Guess I will never find out first hand.... maybe one of these days I will remember it is there when we have company and open it for guests.

Pretty sure this is my first New Years morning in 26 years that I didn't wake up feeling crappy!!! It's awesome :-)!!! Congrats everyone!

Today is Hangover day for millions.I had a good new Year's Eve visiting a friend. I woke up bright eyed and refreshed. I have one more New Year's celebration coming up on January 31, Tet.

Sober on January 1st, 2014. Sober on January 1st, 2013, and 2012. Its a day at a time, and its good to reflect.
Today is another opportunity to have experiences I'll never have again, in moments that are just for now. So...I'm going out for a New year's day run with my dog.
