When I was knee deep in my alcoholism my ex-husband's wife took good care of my son.
She died yesterday and I am devastated. I liked Anne - she was funny, fun, gregarious, and very smart.. She took good care of my son when I could not.
I never did get the chance to thank Anne for what she had done. They found the cancer in February and thought they had gotten it all - but they hadn't.
Anne had become a good friend and I'm going to miss her.

I am also sorry for the loss of your friend my prays go out to everyone. I read this on a card once can't remember where but it touched me.
