Want to say thank you to everyone here. I'll probably check in one last time tomorrow am before rolling out for my new beginning. I don't plan to have any phone or internet access. I really want to focus on what I am supposed to be doing there.

It's been an interesting journey. I never thought I would end up going to rehab. My first post here in 2008 was something like "Don't know if I am alcoholic" ...followed by a lot of raging drunk posts and anger... followed by desperation and bottom after bottom after bottom. This past Sunday I said enough is enough. I can't live like this anymore.

My new sobriety date is Feb 21, 2011.

This one is going to stick. I am convinced my life depends on it.

Feels like Christmas Eve to me...

Get to bed early and try to relax darlin. Remember, we're all with you in spirit. Carry all of us in your heart and when you feel weak, reach in and pull out a carebear or a holycrap. :) We're right there holding your hands love.

You're going to find strength that you didn't even know you had!! I'm super proud of you lady. Sending lots of prayers, positive thoughts & love your direction. Here...catch! :)

Oh Anna, sorry i just read this and just want to wish you the best in your rehab. You will learn alot of tools to help you counteract your thinking now. You will not regret the time, it is so worth investing in yourself and getting well. Hope you can enjoy it!
