Just wanted to let you all know i made through a whole year being SOBER and free and it sure feels good.... my life still has it's ups and downs but now it is just a matter of dealing with it appropriately. Some days are good, some are bad. But every single one is sober, and that is a good thing. Peace and love to you all....

aww you guys are all so awesome... thank you :) I'd forgotten how much it helps to have so much support! I'd have to say that prayer and "letting go" has been the most helpful in my recovery. I try my best to focus in on the good stuff, because no matter how crappy i feel, i can always think of at least one thing in my life that makes me smile(mostly my kids and my family). Also, ever since i joined a.a, the promises have a special meaning to me because i truly believe in them.... so me having hope is what has kept me sober!! Once again, thank you all for your replies...
