Well, I don't have television but I've seen the 'auditions'. Being a professional singer, I am not at all surprised that they are delusional. I've met a LOT of delusional 'singers' in my day. Our standard of what a singer is has gone down the drain. Also, this is their dream. I don't think it's about being a singer at all, I think it's more about fame..... just my thoughts. Some people need to be told that they really can't sing and even then they won't believe it. Also, if you're putting yourself on national television then what do you expect as a contestant? You chose to do it. You should know the consequences. I have little sympathy for people who put themselves in situations like that. Now, being in a room with no cameras is a whole different story. It's a LOT more personal. I am sad when people get their bubbles burst but again they needed to have a reality check.
