I was wondering where and when you would surface. So, I take it now that you're sober you regret the claim of quitting on Monday? Oh, don't get me wrong, I still drink too. I am no one that can offer advice, just in the same place as you.

howto, all the anger and remorse you feel now is not improved by drinking. Why you are arrogant etc may well be from childhood.. drinking amplifies all the bad stuff. Stop drinking, then you can work on all those feelings without the alcohol mucking it up.

Alcholics swim well in all it's forms. Not a good place to be...but only you can take the steps needed to get out.

Sooo glad your still with us Howto! I was really concerned! You are lucky to still be alive. I really hope you went to a meeting with Amber. You have such tremendous love and support here. Why not take the advice of the part of YOU that likes yourself and get help, cause next time you mix the pills and booze you may not wake up!
