Alcoholism Support Group
Alcoholism is the continued consumption of alcoholic beverages, even when it is negatively affecting your health, work, relationships and life. If you think alcohol is causing you to lose control, it's time to seek help. Our group is a safe place to vent, check in, get back up if you fall, and reach sobriety.

Another way to help you stay sober is to do what I did. Call your local alcohol and substance abuse center. Every hospital has one. Give them a call and they will make an appointment for an evaluation which will tell them what your underlying issues are that are triggering your addiction and that's what you will be treated for. This is how I got sober. While I was in outpatient treatment, I learned how AA worked and how successful that are and when I left the 3 week outpatient program, I followed up with weekly AA meetings to stay sober. I highly recommend.
There are other ways also. Just pick the one that resonates with you and stick with it.
God Bless
